Privacy Policy

Data we do not collect

Smart Heart Cards does not collect personal data. Specifically, the app:

• does not collect names, email addresses, identifiers or location;
• does not create user accounts;
• does not use analytics;
• does not use advertising;
• does not use tracking;
• uses no third-party SDKs;
• makes no network requests;
• sends no user data off your device;
• does not use iCloud or CloudKit.

Data stored on your device

To remember your choices, the app stores only these preferences locally on your device, using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage:

• your selected language;
• your selected vibe;
• your selected round length;
• the IDs of questions you have already played;
• whether you have already seen the intro.

This data:

• stays only on your device;
• is not transmitted to Smart Heart Cards or any third party;
• is removed when you delete the app.

You can also reset your played-question history at any time in the app's Settings, under Played cards → Reset played cards.

Permissions

Smart Heart Cards requests no access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or notifications.

Sharing with third parties

Because no data is collected and nothing leaves your device, no data is shared with anyone.

Changes to this policy

If the privacy practices of Smart Heart Cards materially change in a future version of the app, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change.
